Velcro PSA Conversion Discs

Convert a smooth PSA  backing pad into a Velcro backing pad without replacing the original pad.

These self-adhesive conversion discs provide a cost effective way to use hook and loop sanding discs on sanders with plain backing plates and are also ideal for repairing worn hook surfaces on existing backing pads.

For best results, ensure the backing pad is clean, dry and free from dust, oil, old adhesive and other contaminants before applying the conversion disc.

Application Instructions

Clean the backing pad thoroughly.

Ensure the surface is completely dry and free from dust, oil, grease, and old adhesive.

Peel away the protective liner from the PSA backing.

Carefully align and apply the conversion disc, pressing firmly to achieve a secure bond.
