Strata Variable Shade Laser Welding Helmet

The Strata SLR1200MS is a purpose designed laser welding helmet engineered for use with handheld fibre laser welding systems. Unlike standard welding helmets, it provides certified protection against scattered and diffused laser radiation while maintaining excellent visibility, comfort and operator control.

Featuring a variable shade range from W2.5 to W5, the SLR1200MS allows operators to adjust visibility to suit different materials, lighting conditions and applications. The large 100 x 60mm viewing area provides excellent situational awareness and precision during laser welding operations.

The laser rated filter system delivers protection across key industrial laser wavelengths, including 900-1000nm (OD6+), 1000-1100nm (OD7+) and 1064nm (OD10+), making it suitable for fibre laser welding applications.

A durable carbon fibre front protection panel enhances durability while replaceable inner and outer lenses help maintain clear vision and extend filter life.

Designed for all day comfort, the helmet features four point headgear adjustment including depth, tension, tilt angle and face to lens distance, allowing operators to achieve a secure and comfortable fit. A low battery indicator and CR2032 battery power system provide reliable day to day operation.

Suitable for fabrication workshops, manufacturing environments and laser welding applications where certified laser protection is required.
