The RUPES BigFoot iBrid Nano Q-Mag HQM83 is a precision detail sander designed for spot repairs, dust nib removal, edge sanding and surface preparation in areas that are difficult to access with conventional sanders. 

Compact, lightweight and highly versatile, it is equally at home in automotive refinishing, marine applications, composite manufacturing, furniture production and fine woodworking.

A key feature of the HQM83 is RUPES' patented Q-MAG Magnetic Technology, which allows backing pads to be changed instantly without tools.

The system includes both a 75mm round backing pad for general sanding and the unique Swallow backing pad for edges, profiles, internal corners and intricate shapes. 

This flexibility allows users to move quickly between different sanding tasks without changing tools.

The HQM83 is powered by RUPES iBrid Technology, giving users the choice of cordless operation with the supplied lithium-ion batteries or continuous operation using the included AC power supply. This dual power capability makes the tool equally suitable for workshop use and mobile repair applications.

With a 2mm orbit and variable speed control, the HQM83 provides excellent control when removing paint defects, preparing small repair areas or sanding delicate surfaces. Its compact size and low weight allow precise sanding in confined spaces where larger machines simply cannot reach.
