What Is SMARTFIX?

SMARTFIX is RUPES' quick change attachment system that allows you to convert the iBrid Nano II for different detailing tasks in seconds. Simply remove the installed working head and click the required attachment into place - no additional tools required.

With SMARTFIX, one compact machine can be configured for:

12mm Random Orbital - Paint correction and general polishing

3mm Random Orbital - Precision polishing in tight or intricate areas

Rotary - Spot repairs, edge work and sanding mark removal

The SMARTFIX platform also supports optional brush attachments for cleaning leather, fabric, plastics and interior trim (sold separately).

What Is iBrid?

RUPES iBrid technology gives you the flexibility to work cordless with the option of continuous mains power when required. The Nano II is supplied with two rechargeable Li-Ion batteries and a fast charger, allowing you to use one battery while the other charges, minimising downtime and keeping you productive throughout the day.

Each battery charges in approximately 22–24 minutes and provides up to 30 minutes of runtime, while LED indicators on both the tool and charger make it easy to monitor battery status.

For applications where uninterrupted operation is preferred, the iBrid Nano II is also compatible with the optional Plug & Play AC/DC Power Supply, allowing the tool to operate like a conventional corded machine.
