Washbox Rocket - On Site Tool Cleaning And Water Recycling System

The WashBox Rocket is a compact high performance mobile wash station designed for professional tool cleaning on active construction, fitout and maintenance projects. Featuring a fully integrated closed loop water recycling system, it allows multiple trades to wash tools on site without plumbing connections, permanent infrastructure or uncontrolled wastewater discharge.

Built for painting, plastering, tiling and finishing applications, the WashBox Rocket provides its own onboard water supply and waste capture system, making it ideal for office fitouts, commercial interiors, refurbishment projects and space constrained work areas where traditional washout systems are impractical.

Designed for flexibility on site, the WashBox Rocket can operate from mains 240V power supply, or compatible 18V cordless batteries including Milwaukee, Makita and DeWalt. It can also function without power when required, although recycling data tracking is disabled in non powered operation.

How It Works:

Using an integrated separation process, the WashBox Rocket separates solid waste from water, allowing the same water to be reused multiple times during the cleaning process. This helps reduce potable water use, lower disposal costs and eliminate the need for temporary plumbing connections or traditional washout drums

Operation is straightforward. Position the unit within the work area, fill the holding tank with water, connect mains or battery power and begin washing tools using the controlled high efficiency water delivery system. The WashBox Rocket is suitable for cleaning brushes, rollers, spray guns, plastering tools, tiling equipment and general trade tools.

The WashBox Rocket is also the world’s first app connected wash station, providing access to a secure cloud based dashboard for monitoring water usage, waste captured and pollution reduction across individual projects or entire portfolios. This supports ESG reporting, environmental compliance documentation and improved visibility across trade waste management operations.

With no sewer discharge required, the WashBox Rocket supports cleaner job sites and helps contractors manage trade waste responsibly while improving efficiency and reducing downtime spent travelling to fixed wash stations.
