In conjunction with a few mates I have embarked on a 60 day BetterMatt (ment) challenge.
We included a few rules including getting 115K steps per week, reading a non-fiction book and drinking 2L of water. (there have been more weird and wonderful suggestions in the banter while coming up with it, as I am sure you can imagine!)).
Doing something like this with friends is such a great way to get motivated and stay committed, it creates a bit of rivalry, competitiveness and accountability.
