Change Your Mind Returns!

That's right, here at Millin, I am a consumer too and sometimes I change my mind. I am always grateful for the companies that make it easy to get a refund or make an exchange, so we have a Change Your Mind policy!

Very simple, send the goods back in their original condition / packaging and we will refund your purchase price, no questions asked. (return postage will be at your cost)

The Conditions

Ideally there would be none, unfortunately we have to have some:

a/ We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

b/ Shipping costs will not be refunded for a change your mind return (if shipping was included in the purchase price the cost will be deducted from the refund).

c/ Custom made or special order products cannot be returned, eg custom sized sanding belts.

d/ Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance, end of line items or gift cards.

e/ Paypal, Laybuy or Afterpay changes of mind will have the fee removed from the final refund as this is non refundable from the payment providers.

Change Of Mind Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Incorrect Or Faulty Goods

Sometimes this happens, we send the wrong item, it does not work properly, has arrived with a big scratch .... please let me know ASAP so I can create a solution. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranties / Guarantees

All our products are covered by the manufacturers guarantees, we buy from the NZ agents, we do not parallel import or sell knock offs.

Regardless of all of the above, rest assured you are covered by the Consumers Guarantee Act
