Strata Twin Tank AC/DC Weld Cleaner

The machine is used for cleaning the weld bead of TIG or MIG welding.

The Strata SWC2000TT Twin Tank AC/DC Weld Cleaner is designed to remove heat tint and oxidation from stainless steel welds while restoring a clean, uniform finish.

After welding stainless steel, heat discolouration and oxide layers form along the weld bead. Electrochemical weld cleaning removes this contamination quickly and efficiently without aggressive grinding or mechanical polishing.

The twin tank design allows operators to run both cleaning and neutralising solutions from the same machine, making it easier to complete the full weld finishing process without swapping fluids or containers.
