Cast Iron NiFe - Weldtech Premium Maintenance & Repair Electrode Range

For Use With: Malleable, nodular and SG cast iron - Expertly maintain and repair cast iron surfaces and structures, including housings, blocks, machinery, and frames. Easily fix any casting defects or flaws, as well as correct machining errors. Effectively repair cracks, rebuild worn or damaged areas, and seamlessly join thick section castings and cast irons with steel.

The NiFe is a nickel iron welding electrode for high strength joining and rebuilding of cast iron.

Welded metal is fully machinable and the deposit is crack resistant.

Easy to control with a soft smooth arc.

Suitable for AC or DC (+ handpiece)

All Weldtech premium series electrodes come vacuum packed in foil, inside a strong and reusable 1kg plastic pack, and then in 10kg outer cartons.

This is designed to prevent wastage on site 'Just crack open' 1kg at a time and your electrodes will remain dry and fresh every time!

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

Returns and Refunds

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.
