The Walcom ZERO STATIC gun is the perfect solution for neutralizing static electricity on all sorts of materials to be painted.

It effectively prepares a wide range of body panels, wood, steel, aluminum and especially plastic surfaces for much cleaner painting.

How it works:

The Zero Static Gun produces an ionized air stream that balances out the surface charge, “neutralizing” static so dust doesn’t cling and paint applies more uniformly.

The gun's body is reinforced with a non-conductive rubber injection, providing protection against small accidental impacts with the work surface.

Application Purpose: To produce Ion charged clean air.
