9mm x 533mm Zirconia Power File Linishing Belts 577F / R203

The premium linishing belt against which all others are measured.

These belts are suitable for linishing most materials including wood, metal, plastics, ceramic and are particularly suitable for stainless steel, aluminium and hard to grind steel due to the super sized coating which provides cooler grinding.

They have a heavy Y weight polyester backing which makes them more durable, giving a longer life.

New batch seems to hold a lot better

I had a problem with my batch of 80 Grit, Matt was very quick to get in contact, (it's nice to see someone who cares about what they sell)
He recalled the ones they had for sale and got a new batch made.
Sent me the new batch for free with some extras and another choccy fish!
So far have only used two but seem to last a lot better than the previous batch. Thanks Matt for caring about your customers!

Have given 4 stars as I still think the Makita belts cut down welds faster. But these are a good cheaper alternative.

5+ stars for customer service though.

80g won't hold together, but waiting on a new batch to see if the glue is fixed.

The tape holding these together is rubbish.
Was hoping these would be good. But they nearly all break as soon as you touch the work piece. I even had one break before I got to use it, just turned my makita on and it snapped. All were put on the correct way. Now I'm looking for better tape to hopefully fix and re use these as I hate wastage. I got the red ceramic belts in the same order and these seem to hold together a lot better. The original Makita that came with the file have been the best I've found so far.

Update, I have been contacted by the store and it looks like a recall is in progress. Looking forward to trying the new improved batch. Fingers crossed.
