Removing old silicone, expanding foam and stubborn sealant residue can be time consuming, particularly when the material is firmly bonded to tiles, glass and other surfaces.

Motsenbocker's Lift Off Spray Foam & Silicone Caulk Remover is designed to help break that bond, making unwanted material easier to loosen, scrape away and clean up without relying on excessive scraping alone.

Suitable for both fresh and cured materials, this specialised water-based remover is particularly useful when replacing bathroom and kitchen sealants, cleaning up expanding foam or removing unwanted construction adhesive.

By helping release the material from the underlying surface, it makes preparation for repairs and resealing more manageable.

How to Use:

Remove as much excess foam, silicone or sealant as possible. For cured material, carefully score the edges to help the remover penetrate.

Apply Lift Off directly to the remaining material and allow at least 3 minutes for it to work. 

Gently lift the loosened sealant with a suitable scraper and wipe clean.

Rinse the surface and repeat if necessary.

Breaks the Molecular bond between stain & surface! 

Important: 

Use caution on painted, colored, or treated concrete and other surfaces. Lift Off may remove these. 

Test in an inconspicuous area to ensure surface integrity and compatibility.

Do not leave the remover on the surface for longer than 15 minutes.

Not recommended for painted surfaces, non-colourfast materials or fibreglass, acrylic and plastic / composite baths and showers.
