Apollo Air Caps - For Atomizer 7500 / 7700 Spray Guns

Many spraying difficulties are the result of using incorrect size needles, nozzles and air caps.

Apollo Air Caps are designed to be matched with Apollo Fluid Needles and Fluid Nozzles.

All the air caps are colour coded and are also engraved with there size.

The high solids air caps have an HS engraved to differentiate form the standard air cap.

Black Air Cap - CC - 0.5mm

Green Air Cap - A - 0.8mm

Gold Air Cap - B - 1.0mm / 1.3mm / 1.5mm

Blue Air Cap - C - 1.8mm / 2.0mm

Silver Air Cap - D - 2.5mm

Gold Air Cap HS - B - 1.0mm / 1.3mm / 1.5mm

Blue Air Cap HS - C - 1.8mm / 2.0mm

Silver Air Cap HS - D - 2.5mm

1.0MM (.039) All purpose, thin lacquers, thin enamels, Water based finishes, Automotive, Marine, Airplane finish. 16-18 seconds B or B-HS
1.3MM (0.051) Same as 1.0mm above except slightly higher viscosity 17-20 seconds B or B-HS
1.5MM (.059) Catalyzed lacquers, Conversion Varnish, Primers, Automotive, Marine, Airplane finishes, varnish, High Viscosity Industrial Coatings, Urethanes, Enamels. 18-24 seconds B or B-HS

How long will it take to receive my order?
