Mirka introduces the more compact LEROS-S orbital sander. Incorporating the best of the LEROS but in a more compact, easy to handle package that allows greater maneuverability in tight spaces. With brushless technology and a flexible 225mm sanding head, the LEROS-S's capabilities are unmatched by the smaller sanders often required for these confined areas.

The flexible and practical design or the Mirka LEROS-S gives unmatched advantages, such as ergonomic working positions and less strain on the operator's body and back. At less than 3.2 kg, the operator can sand for longer periods without fatigue.

180° Flexible Sanding Head

The flexible sanding head enables the tool to easily follow the operator's movements and permits the operator to use ergonomic working positions. The special sanding head and backing pad design make it possible to work very close to corners/edges. Furthermore, the fixation point of the sanding head is close to the surface and contributes to more stable sanding.

5mm Random Orbital Movement

The random orbital movement enables an easy handling of the tool and a better finish. Hence, there are fewer interruptions due to fatigue and less re-work is needed. Thanks to the random orbital movement the sander responds precisely to the operator’s movements.

Longer Life with Double Fastening of Interface

Reduced need for replacement pads as the Mirka Leros-S is equipped with a new pad that uses both screws and grip to fasten the interface.

Brushless Motor

The brushless motor reduces the weight of the tool significantly. In addition, less maintenance is needed since there is no carbon brushes that need to be changed.

To enable efficient dust-free sanding the shroud has two suction points and a pad that is optimized for Abranet sanding discs.
