Powercap Infinity Battery Powered Purified Air Respirator 

The PowerCap® Infinity™ PAPR (Powered Air Purifying Respirator), made by JSP, is a cutting edge fully integrated, head mounted powered air respirator offering 4-in-1 personal protection.

Designed for use in dusty environments and light / medium industrial applications - aerosols, oil based fluids, agriculture, allergens, building demolitions, carpentry, clinical research, concreting, construction, forestry, fibre glass, paint stripping, pharmaceuticals, metallic dust, mining, weed killing.

4 Levels Of Integrated Protection - respiratory, head, face and optionally hearing.

Respiratory Protection

Conforms to AS/NZS1716, delivering 160 L/min of clean air, filtered by high efficiency HEPA filters - delivering filtered air to the level of AS/NZS1716 PAPR-P2.

Providing positive air pressure the Powercap infinity removes the need for fit testing and supplies a cool, comfortable supply of filtered air eliminating breathing resistance and visor misting.

Head Protection 

Conforms to AS/NZS1801. The super strong ABS industrial safety helmet is designed to provide a perfect fit with the adjustable flex wheel ratchet harness for all-day comfort.

Visor / Face Shield

Conforms to AS/NZS1337.1 The full vision visor offers Optical Class 1 impact protection against high-speed debris (up to 480 km/h), plus a scratch-resistant coating and optional replaceable peel off lens protector.

Hearing Protection (Optional)

Conforms to AS/NZS1270. Powercap Sonis Earmuffs can be mounted on the helmet peak, offering either Class 5 28dB or Class 5 34dB hearing protection. 

Real Time Diagnostics:

The PowerCap Infinity has real time diagnostics monitoring the system as well as the wearer - twice per second. This gives accurate and dynamic feedback to the user. Periods of high respiratory demand are monitored and catered for by constantly maintaining a positive pressure inside the respirator. Feedback is given on battery and filter condition via the heads up display (HUD) and audio notifications.

Foam Face Seal

Limitations Of Use:

Protection will only be offered if the PowerCap Active is fitted correctly.

The cap, when in contact with the skin may cause allergic reactions to susceptible individuals. If this occurs leave the hazard area, remove the mask and seek medical advice.

This product is a respiratory protection device only.

Use in well-ventilated areas only, which are not deficient in oxygen and do not contain explosive atmospheres.

Ensure the foam skirt is fitted neatly around the face before entering the hazard area.

Do not use where exposure to chemical gases may be experienced.

The working life of the filters depends on many factors including work rate, airflow and concentration of any contaminant in the atmosphere.
